Short term plans

Before the end of 2002 Translogistic fully expects to have at least another 3 representations of important consolidators/NVO's to offer direct service between Mexico and Japan, Korea and France. Negotiations with prospective partners are in progression. This should add at least 20 % to the current business.

Furthermore, Translogistic is looking for other niche representations in the area of break/ bulk and specialized transports in order to capitalize on market interest in such services and the company's know how and reputation. By mid 2002 our WEB site should be fully operational. The site is in the first phase of operation, which includes schedules, on-line export freightrates and general information.

The second phase, which will feature tracking and tracing as well as on-line booking is in the final phase of development: www.translogistic.com.mx We are aiming at a maximum customer friendly operation for our present and future shippers of export cargo from Mexico, with all communications through the WEB site in Spanish.

MEDIUM TERM PLANS

Translogistic SA de CV intends to increase the density of services between Mexico and all major trading areas and thus be one of the leaders in Mexico in offering neutral WEB based logistic services. In addition to the present organization, featurng agents in Tampico/Altamira, Manzanillo, Guadalajara and in Monterrey, disucssions are taking place with candidate agents in Queretaro.
